The Designers’ Nest Award is an independent non-profit design contest run in collaboration with the six leading Nordic design schools. Designers’ Nest, which was founded by Jan Busch Carlsen in February 2005, is created with the aim of rewarding particularly talented and promising design students with recognition from the established world of fashion and provide them with professional support. Fashion show for the Designers' Nest Award is a part of the Copenhagen Fashion Week.

          'Communication Tube' Menswear Collection was presented by Antonina Sedakova at the AW 2018 Edition of the Designers' Nest. The designer was chosen as one of the finalists, who represented the Fashion Department of Aalto Fashion University.

          The jury – Ane Lynge Jorlén, Fashion Scholar and composed of Glenn Martens, Creative Director of Y Projects, Lars Byrresen Petersen, Digital Director of Visionarie Magazine, Sara Sozzani Maino, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Italia and Head of Vogue Talents,  Marisole Pastori, Consultant of Eyes on Talents.

            The competition took place on January 30, 2018, in Copenhagen, Denmark.
